Why are your prices lower than other stores?
We specialize in open-box and scratch-and-dent appliances from trusted name brands. Returned and cosmetically damaged units can no longer be sold as new, so they come to us — and we price them well below retail.
Every appliance is inspected and tested for quality and performance. Cosmetic scratches and dents do not affect how an appliance works.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every appliance includes 1 year of free warranty coverage. You can extend it through On Point — an additional 5 years, for up to 6 years of total coverage with no deductible fees — or with a CPS extended plan.
For the first 7 days after purchase, our store team provides direct support, including installation assistance and help with any initial appliance concerns.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — no credit needed. We offer lease-to-own financing through Koalafi, Snap Finance, Acima Finance and American First Finance. Ask in the showroom and we will point you at the right application.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address and distance from our store — please call for an accurate quote. We offer scheduled delivery and setup, and in-stock appliances can be picked up the same day.
